Quality is the basis for Hydie's survival. We always put the product quality as core. Quality inspection systems of the highest standard are utilized throughout the machining processes, tool build process including confirmation prior to shipment.

Our Quality Assurance team is independent of Machining and Engineering. They are responsible for "Machining Sample Inspections", "In-process inspections", "First Article Inspections", "Capability Studies" and "Full dimensional reports" according to the GD&T part print provided by customer. A Hydie project manager will document all tooling trials and results on Hydie tooling buyoff checklist to ensure all details are in accordance with quality standards, safety standards and customer specific standards.
